Once shipped, we provide tracking. We are not responsible for delays, incorrect addresses, or lost packages. This is handled by the shipping company. I will assist you through the process if needed.

No returns on opened/used products. Report damaged or incorrect items within 7 days. No refunds or exchanges as all orders are made to order.
